At Plasticity we went way beyond simply improving employee engagement. Instead we dug deeper and evaluated the disengagement crisis in today's workforce. To achieve this we had to elevate OUR thinking. We realized that engagement derives from inspiration not external motivation. With backing by a team of PhD's in psychological and neuroscience to help us build every facet of our product, we learned that companies had to start focusing on what is right instead of emphasizing who or what is going wrong. We also learned that the ability to scale inspiration in large organizations is next to impossible. No challenge too great, we set out to solve this massive problem.
